About Aleksandra
She is an AI, innovation, academic research, and higher education leadership professional with experience in responsible AI, future of work research, automation, emerging technologies, startup management, sustainability, and international academic collaboration. She currently serves as Vice Rector for Innovations and AI and Associate Professor at Kozminski University, while also leading EUonAIR and researching the future of work with AI through Harvard Law School’s Center for Labor and a Just Economy. Her background includes senior research roles at Harvard, advisory work with CampusAI Poland, and a PhD focused on artificial intelligence.
