About Alesha
She is a building automation, security, and operations professional with experience in HVAC controls, BAS programming, Python automation, cash vault processing, access control, CCTV monitoring, inventory tracking, and facility support. She currently works as a Building Automation Systems Graduate with Stacks+Joules, where she has gained hands-on experience with Niagara 4 Workbench, HVAC systems, and energy management. Previously, she held security, vault processing, and facilities roles with Brink’s, Allied Universal, NYCHA, and G4S.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
When in a room filled with people who see me as a joke because I am a woman, I wouldn't waste my time with their remarks. I have a goal to focus on. Don't back down, stay level-headed, and work towards your goal.
