Aleshia Warner serves as a Wedding Event Specialist, focusing on planning weddings and other events after spending over 20 years in the food and beverage industry. Her responsibilities include handling contact inquiries, outreach and sales, sales negotiations, venue rentals, menu creation, and BEO creation. She earned a bachelor's degree in communications and a master's degree in public relations, which have honed her skills in client interactions. Warner attributes her success to adapting to different environments and remaining flexible. She advises others to keep moving forward with their passions despite naysayers and encourages young women entering the field not to give up when facing challenges.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to dealing with different places I've been and learning to adapt to my environment, finding things that work best for me. I'm very flexible.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've ever received is to just keep going regardless of what people say or think. Move forward with your interests and passions and disregard all the naysayers. Everybody's path is unique.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell them to not give up because events can be very trying at times. You can have great experiences and some really bad ones, but stay focused on your interests and keep moving forward. Just continue to try again. You can't give up.
