Her Interview

Ten minutes with Alesia

01What do you attribute your success to?

I am a true believer in Jesus Christ. I yield my life to Him and serve, and because of my service it has opened doors. My successes come from God first, then consistency, being open and humble, loving people, giving back to my community, and showing up for others. I don't think it's all about me.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be true to yourself authentically. Hone your skill and craft, know your strengths and areas to work on. Enjoy the space you're in and create goals to move to the next space. It's a journey, not all or nothing. There has to be balance - everything can't be about work.
