Ten minutes with Alexa

01What do you attribute your success to?

I would say balance, and understanding that things might not always go your way, but you pivot and figure out what works.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say stay steadfast. You need to work hard and learn what balance is good for you, and learn when to step back when you need to protect and care for your own self best. But know that you can do anything, and sometimes it may not happen when you want it to happen. Things can happen when it needs to happen. And keep God first.
