Alexa Sharrar

Alexa Sharrar is a sales executive in cybersecurity with over 14 years of experience in information technology. She currently serves at SailPoint, where she works with new and existing customers in government and higher education to identify gaps in their cybersecurity frameworks and connect teams to provide solutions. Prior to this, she spent several years at Google on the Northeast sales team for Google Cloud, securing the first contract to sell to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and introducing artificial intelligence pilots during an exciting period of AI releases. Before Google, at CDW she led a team of account managers that won many major IT contracts procured by the state of Pennsylvania. Her career in IT began at TEKsystems, where she was promoted while interviewing consultants and building the government contract for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She holds a business degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University. She has received club awards and nominations for exceeding her goals at both CDW and Google.
