01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to go for opportunities even if you don't think you'd get them. Work your way up starting somewhere, be a sponge and absorb, find mentors and take in as much as you can since the industry is constantly evolving.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The market is very competitive and saturated especially in oncology and South Florida. The job market for medical sales is very tough to break into, requiring experience.
