One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is finding the right talent and individuals who align with the mission and standards of the work.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are integrity, loyalty, kindness, compassion, and respect for others, and in my personal life, I cherish being a mom, spending time with my daughter and my two dogs, traveling, enjoying music, and relaxing at the beach.
