Alexandra Erman

I was a business owner and worked in internal operations for a long time before making a pivotal move to San Francisco. I relocated to help start the U.S. branch of a French company, which marked my entry into the tech world. Since then, I've been working in Silicon Valley for 15 years, taking on either Chief People Officer roles or operations roles at tech startups. My days are never typical - I operate at three speeds, handling urgent needs and requests from teams, managing midterm projects, and driving long-term strategy. My work encompasses leadership, management, transformation, and change management. What I consider my most notable professional achievement is becoming a Chief People Officer of a Silicon Valley tech startup. My love for human behavior is what inspired me to get into this field.
