01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a commitment to personal growth, health, and meaningful relationships. I believe in continually working on myself through self-reflection, therapy, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise. Over time, I have also learned the importance of balancing career ambitions with a fulfilling personal life. Most importantly, I am proud of the strong relationships I have built throughout my career, as trust and genuine connections have been the foundation of lasting success and business opportunities.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to build your reputation on honesty, trust, and genuine relationships. Keep an open mind and approach every interaction with empathy, recognizing that you never fully know what someone may be experiencing. Take the time to get to know the people you work with, as strong relationships can go a long way in business. Most importantly, never compromise your integrity for a sale or short-term gain. Your reputation is one of your most valuable assets, and long-term success is built on trust and authenticity.
