Her Story

About Alexandria

Alexandria Church is a personal trainer and the founder of Restorative Kinetics Fitness, a fitness and health coaching company based in Bozeman, Montana. She entered the fitness industry in 2018 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Oregon State University, where she graduated summa cum laude, competed in track and field, and participated in the university’s honor society. Her education and athletic background laid the foundation for a career focused on helping people improve their movement, strength, and overall physical well-being.

Through Restorative Kinetics, Alexandria takes a highly individualized approach to fitness and strength training. Her work specializes in postural restoration, pre- and post-natal training, and pain-free performance programming. She begins programs with personalized assessments and tracks clients’ mobility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness over time. Her professional development includes Pain-Free Performance Level 1 training, ACE certification in pre- and post-natal training, and continuing education in movement and performance. She has also completed internships with Resilient Human Performance and Kinetic Integrations and is pursuing licensure as a massage therapist.

A particularly meaningful part of Alexandria’s career has been helping clients who have experienced persistent physical challenges and seeing them feel significantly better after years of consistent training. Her approach combines compassion, professionalism, and evidence-informed movement strategies to create sustainable results for each individual. She credits mentors including John Parks, Guido van Ryssegem, Randi Plouffe, and Christina Borgensen for influencing her professional development. Alexandria is also connected with organizations and communities including the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Wild Women Montana, while continuing to expand her knowledge and services through Restorative Kinetics.

One of the biggest challenges is reaching the right clientele—those who recognize the value of the service and can afford it.
