Alexandria Deets

Alexandria “Lexi” Deets is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of experience supporting people-first organizations across the St. Louis area. Currently serving as an HR Generalist at Edward Jones, Lexi plays a key role in associate services—guiding employees and leaders through everything from policy interpretation and FMLA navigation to performance coaching and investigations. Her commitment to confidentiality, empathy, and compliance has earned her a reputation as a trusted HR partner who balances strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving. Lexi’s ability to manage high-volume caseloads while delivering thoughtful, timely support reflects her deep knowledge of HR operations and her passion for employee well-being.

Prior to her current role, Lexi held several HR and payroll positions across industries, including roles at Enterprise Holdings, Sachs Electric Company, and Luxco, Inc. She brings a wealth of experience in onboarding, recruitment, payroll administration, and process improvement. A proud graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education, where she was a student leader and captain of the NCAA Division I Dance Team. Outside of work, Lexi volunteers with Annie’s Hope – The Center for Grieving Kids and contributes to the Illinois Drill Team Association. Her career reflects a consistent dedication to both operational excellence and human connection.
