Being personable not only with customers but also with my peers/employees. Willingness to show how I can be successful in order to help with my peers being successful. Continuing to be for the people and not just for the monetary success of the business. (putting employees first)

Invest in people not just resumes - Opportunities often come from people, not just postings. Be the person people want to work with and recommend.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Own Your Voice in a Male-Dominated Space, Speak up in meetings, even if it’s to ask clarifying questions—you’ll often be voicing what others are thinking, Don’t apologize for your expertise—present data, evidence, and results confidently, and Seek out women-led mobility/tech groups
