Alexandria Howard is a seasoned Senior Executive Assistant and founder of LH Executive Advisory, LLC, with extensive experience supporting executive teams and driving organizational efficiency. Throughout her career, she has partnered with senior leaders across multiple industries, providing strategic administrative support, project management, and change leadership. Alexandria’s expertise lies in enabling executives to focus on their priorities while ensuring seamless operations and impactful outcomes.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Medicinal Biochemistry at Arizona State University, Alexandria combines her scientific curiosity with her professional skillset to approach problem-solving and strategic planning with precision and insight. She is also a Certified Nursing Assistant, reflecting her commitment to service, attention to detail, and care for others—qualities that extend into her professional and philanthropic endeavors.
Outside of her professional life, Alexandria is passionate about supporting her community and giving back to those in need. She actively donates to local animal rescues and shelters and enjoys exploring her creativity through watercolor and acrylic art. I attribute my success to being a self-starter and staying driven, while also embracing the support and encouragement I receive from others. I make it a priority to uplift and mentor those around me, helping colleagues grow and thrive in their own careers.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be authentic, you are enough!
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women to get comfortable taking risks, stepping out of their comfort zone and continuously stay current with the latest technology. Building and maintaining strong professional relationships is essential—never burn bridges and always strive to make others’ work easier and more enjoyable. Networking is key, as people remember those who bring value, positivity, and collaboration to the workplace.
