What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women to get comfortable taking risks and continuously stay current with the latest technology. Building and maintaining strong professional relationships is essential—never burn bridges and always strive to make others’ work easier and more enjoyable. Networking is key, as people remember those who bring value, positivity, and collaboration to the workplace.
