What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my success to the incredible mentors I've had throughout my career. Lori, who guided me during my last role in Cincinnati, played a pivotal role in my professional growth. I’m also grateful to Campbell and Cindy Stonehouse, who taught me invaluable skills in event center management and helped shape the professional I am today.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to start at the bottom and embrace every opportunity to learn. Gaining diverse experience across different settings is invaluable, and it’s important to stay organized and open to constructive criticism. These habits will help you grow, adapt, and excel in your career.
