Alexis Echarren is an Executive Assistant and Business Operations Consultant based in Seattle, Washington, with approximately eight years of experience spanning luxury hospitality, sports hospitality, executive support, and business operations. Through her freelance consulting practice, she partners with entrepreneurs, executives, and small business owners across industries, providing high-level administrative support, strategic project coordination, travel arrangements, and operational guidance. I attribute my success to persistence and determination. I know my worth, embrace challenges as opportunities to learn, and never let setbacks or rejection stop me from moving forward.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to go for it, put yourself out there, and build meaningful connections. My mentor encouraged me to take chances, meet people, and not be afraid to step outside my comfort zone.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women is to be yourself, believe in your abilities, and be your own biggest cheerleader. Stay open to learning, ask questions, embrace opportunities, and build genuine relationships with others.

Integrity, kindness, and genuine connections are the values that guide me in both my work and personal life. I believe in treating everyone with the same respect and kindness, regardless of their position or environment, while building authentic relationships.
