Alexis Ramos

She is a dynamic sports industry executive with over seven years of experience in athlete representation, client services, and business development across professional football and the broader sports landscape. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Sports at Sixteenth, she leads sports practice strategy and athlete representation. Prior to this role, she spent over six years at Wasserman in progressively senior roles, including Director and Coordinator of Football Operations and Client Services, where she supported client relationships for over 65 NFL athletes, managed client business affairs including accounts receivable, marketing, PR, charitable initiatives, and social media, and participated in new business development efforts. She also served as an Oakland Raiders Ambassador, facilitating community outreach events and game day activations, and as an Intern at Sports 1 Marketing. She holds a Master's degree in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from San Diego State University.
