Her Interview
Ten minutes with Alexis
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think hard work and trying to be genuinely helpful to everyone around you. I truly believe that if you work hard and prioritize right, then anything's possible.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Really lean in on what you're good at and then find joy in the journey along the way. Understanding that you're good at something, and leaning into that, and then being really focused on enjoying every day of that journey, instead of only on your goals and what's ahead, is really gonna define your success.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
AI is the biggest challenge and opportunity. Tension around using AI for efficiency without sacrificing quality. Attribution in LLMs is a mystery and hard to prove. SEO and GEO are huge winners for lead gen and very cost-effective.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Legacy is a big one for me. I just want to be a great mentor and a great influence on those around me. Resilience: face challenges with courage and with grit. Growth: pursuing excellence and celebrating small wins. Curiosity: being a lifelong learner. Compassion: leading with empathy and being a hype woman for other women.
