Alexxa M. Goodenough

Alexxa Goodenough, MSW, EMBA, is a transformational leader, mentor, and executive management consultant with over 26 years of experience spanning business, nonprofits, startups, and social services. Known for coining the term "trauma conscious," she has developed a reputation as an expert at connecting with diverse individuals and guiding them toward growth and meaningful change. Alexxa is deeply passionate about supporting foster youth and helping those in the foster care system defy the odds, a cause that has inspired much of her professional and personal work.

Alexxa holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from Valar Institute and a Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Stanislaus. As the founder of her nonprofit, Holistic Help, she has championed initiatives that provide resources, training, and support for transitional-age youth, while empowering professionals through mentorship, workshops, and neuro-transformational coaching. Her career is marked by her ability to integrate strategic leadership, trauma-informed practices, and collaborative innovation to help individuals, teams, and organizations achieve sustainable success. She has also been recognized with the Youth Inspire Award and is associated with the National Society of Leadership Success (NLS) for her leadership contributions.
