01What do you attribute your success to?

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering this industry to build genuine relationships early on—think “kindergarten style” friendships where trust and support come first. Be confident in your abilities, stay true to yourself, and let your authenticity guide the way. These qualities will help you navigate challenges and create meaningful connections that last throughout your career.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating tighter budgets. While this can create constraints, it also presents an opportunity to be innovative, find more efficient solutions, and prioritize initiatives that deliver the greatest impact.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, respect, and confidence. I strive to act with integrity, treat others with consideration, and approach challenges with self-assurance, as these principles guide my decisions and relationships every day.
