Her Interview

Ten minutes with Alfreda

01What do you attribute your success to?

My parents. They always would give me little nuggets to just stay with. My dad said stay in your lane. Don't allow anyone to put anything in your lane that's more than what you wanted, and don't put too much on yourself.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

No one's gonna give you anything. You gotta work for it.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Treating others like I want to be treated. Trying to bring joy where you are. Being very consistent. Be who you say you are.
