She has been a member of Prison Ministry at Rikers Island and Moss Justice Center for over a decade, providing encouragement and support to women in challenging circumstances. What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the HR field is to bring a genuine passion for people and a lot of patience. HR requires balancing policy with the human side of work, and taking the time to understand and support others is key to making a meaningful impact.
