Alice Lankin

Alice Lankin is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in staffing, recruiting, and workforce management. She has spent over a decade developing expertise in interview preparation, talent acquisition, training, and employee relations. Alice is known for her strategic approach to program and project management, combining hands-on experience with a commitment to fostering positive workplace culture and operational efficiency. She is currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from York Technical College to further strengthen her professional foundation.

In her role as Human Resources Generalist at American Woodmark, Alice oversees labor relations, champions organizational change, and ensures HR processes support both employees and leadership effectively. Her previous experience includes managing onsite operations at Acro Service Corp and leading strategic programs at Adecco Employment Services, where she managed hiring, onboarding, payroll, training, and community engagement initiatives. Across these roles, Alice has consistently demonstrated the ability to balance operational excellence with a people-centered approach.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Alice is deeply committed to volunteer work and community service. She has been a member of Prison Ministry at Rikers Island and Moss Justice Center for over a decade, providing encouragement and support to women in challenging circumstances.
