With a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Manhattan College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey, Alicia combines a strong academic foundation with practical experience to support clients in navigating life’s challenges. Her work emphasizes resilience, personal growth, and the mind-body-soul connection, helping individuals find balance and healing.

Alicia has built a multifaceted career as a therapist, serving clients through multiple organizations, including Counseling Associates of America, Grow Therapy, Alma, the city of Naples and Marco Island, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. I attribute my success to bringing a compassionate presence to my work and creating a safe space where clients feel truly heard, guiding them to heal, rebuild confidence, and realize their full potential. Seeing my clients gain new perspectives and grow is what truly fuels my passion for mental wellness.

My advice to young women entering this field is to bet on yourself, fall in love with your own potential, and don’t stop until you reach your goals.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are staying informed and curious, nurturing close relationships with family and friends, and enjoying quality time outdoors and in shared experiences.
