Her Story

About Alicia

Alicia Fombona brings more than 23 years of experience to her work as a Realtor focused on residential sales, commercial real estate, buyer and seller representation, and investment properties in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Her career path began in software engineering at the nation's leading lender, where she developed expertise in the detailed mechanics of real estate transactions. This foundation led her to pursue a role helping clients, including first-time home buyers, seniors, and investors, navigate the process of achieving home ownership, paying off properties faster, and building wealth through strategic real estate decisions. She emphasizes ongoing education through constant classes and certifications to stay current with market trends and better serve her clients. Alicia is a member of the NAR, BNI, and the Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce, and she remains actively involved with her alma mater, Cal State University, Long Beach, where she mentors MBA and engineering students. She also volunteers with Rotary and various nonprofits through her community connections.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Find a career, find a job that you will love. And it's so true. I love what I do. I love helping people. I love helping out the opportunities. And when you do that, when you find something that you love, it does not seem like work at all. You are enjoying what you do. And that makes a huge difference in a person's life.
