I've been working across multiple fields for over 12 years, including startups, investment banking, institutional banking, and the global SaaS or cloud ecosystem. Most of my career has been spent as the right hand to CEOs and presidents, serving as a chief of staff during high influx points, predominantly doing post-acquisition work. Each career was a stepping stone in systems thinking, digital transformation, and executive execution. Currently, as an entrepreneur and growth consultant, I represent small businesses when they are looking to go through hyperscale or beef up a private equity or VC offer, helping them get their internal operations, documentation, and financials optimized. I partner with venture capital firms and their portfolio companies that are underperforming or need to meet certain metrics. I lead integrations or acquisitions, streamlining and optimizing their internal operations across risk, technology, security, compliance, procurement, marketing, strategic vision, 3-year planning, and messaging. I really own the entire business line. One of my most notable achievements was during COVID, when I was a finalist for operational best practices throughout COVID. I was able to transition during a very volatile time, lead a team with immense emotions, and come out on top not only in operations but financially as well - we were able to grow our portfolio 4x in that time. I've also contributed to a billion-dollar post-acquisition transformation and led Wall Street or Tier 1 banking due diligence, including operational, technical, security, and financial due diligence.
