Alicia McHugh

Alicia McHugh is a retail operations and customer service professional with more than a decade of experience in floral management and grocery retail. As Floral Manager for United Supermarkets, she oversees all aspects of a full-service floral department, including sales, inventory, merchandising, scheduling, labor management, and team development. Known for her creativity and customer-focused approach, she specializes in designing seasonal arrangements and custom floral creations while delivering exceptional service for weddings, funerals, holidays, and other special occasions. Throughout her career, McHugh has built a strong foundation in retail leadership, beginning in customer service and progressing through increasingly responsible management roles. She previously served as Floral Manager for Market Street, where she managed inventory, custom orders, and visual merchandising, and held positions with Tom Thumb/Safeway and Massage Envy Spa that strengthened her expertise in customer relations, sales, and team coaching. Her ability to combine operational excellence with personalized service has helped her consistently create positive customer experiences and successful department performance. Committed to continuous professional growth, McHugh earned a business management certificate through an employer-sponsored scholarship and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Colorado Christian University.
