About Alicia
I started in 2020 with Alicia's hair growth oils. I sell multiple tea tree based oils for hair growth, thickness, dandruff, and other uses including eye oil and fragrance oils. I am also creating horse mane oil. I am a licensed cosmetologist and Paul Mitchell certified colorist with 20 years experience. I went back to school in 2018 and earned a bachelor's from University of Cincinnati in 2022 in English and Literary Studies and a Master's in Legal Studies in 2025. I have a nonprofit Alicia's Intellectual Talk since 2020 to help the community and plan to become a judge to help families.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My success is attributed to my boys who motivate me to do big things and help people.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
To pursue your dreams.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
We need more lawyers, doctors, counselors, therapists. We need more people to dominate these areas because there's not really a lot of people in these areas.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Finding an entry-level job where somebody will take you into their wing. I want to work under a judge or a very important lawyer.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The Lord, God, Jesus is the most important thing to me.
