Ten minutes with Alicia
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Work hard and make your voice heard. The law field is still predominantly male-dominated. Stand up and make your voice heard and work as hard as possible because you deserve to be in this field just as much as any other individual.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Finding balance among responsibilities and taking care of oneself is challenging in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Many experience burnout. Women especially struggle with juggling responsibilities while maintaining mental and physical health.
