Her Story

About Alicia

I feel like a big thing of it was just I got injured in my sport, and it wasn't anything dramatic as an injury, but it made me want to be more mindful about what I'm doing when I'm exercising. Being mindful with exercise instead of just lifting heavy. I decided to specialize in effective exercise, injury prevention and postural correction. I work with a lot of geriatric population, mid-age, things like that, just on postural correction, everyday activities. I also have a special in performance enhancement which is that athletic-style touch that I connected with in my college. I got my personal training license and I've been doing it every sense. I'm certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
