She is driven by the idea that brands grow when they create authentic connections, tell compelling stories, and consistently deliver value to their communities.

Her entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic were shaped early in life through years of competitive figure skating, where she learned discipline, resilience, and the importance of continuous improvement. Those lessons continue to guide her leadership philosophy today, inspiring her to embrace challenges, adapt to change, and pursue excellence in every endeavor.

Outside of her professional work, Alicia is passionate about giving back through organizations that support animal welfare, children’s initiatives, and local community programs. Whether helping a growing business find its voice or volunteering for causes close to her heart, she believes success is measured not only by professional achievements but also by the positive impact we make on others.

As the digital landscape continues to evolve, Alicia remains committed to helping brands navigate change with confidence, combining strategy, creativity, and innovation to build businesses that thrive today and into the future.

Ten minutes with Alicia

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my drive and ambition to the incredible examples set by my parents, as well as the discipline and resilience I developed as a competitive figure skater. My mother showed me what it means to pursue a career with genuine passion while leading with compassion and a commitment to serving others. My late father, an exceptionally talented and dedicated surgeon, demonstrated the value of excellence, integrity, and lifelong learning. Together, they instilled in me the belief that with enough dedication, perseverance, and hard work, there are very few limits to what you can accomplish.

Figure skating reinforced that mindset from an early age. It taught me that success is never achieved overnight—it’s earned through consistency, resilience, and a willingness to keep improving, even after reaching a milestone. Whether launching a business, growing a brand, or pursuing personal goals, I’ve learned that every accomplishment is simply the starting point for the next challenge.

Today, those lessons continue to guide both my career and my approach to leadership. I believe success isn’t defined by a single achievement but by a commitment to continuous growth, embracing new opportunities, and having the confidence to keep moving forward, even when the path is uncertain.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my mother. She raised me with the unwavering belief that I could achieve anything I set my mind to if I was willing to work for it. From an early age, she taught me that my opportunities should never be limited by someone else’s expectations—whether a field is traditionally male-dominated or others believe I should choose a different path. She reminded me that confidence, perseverance, and a strong work ethic matter far more than outside opinions.

That mindset has shaped every stage of my career, from pursuing leadership roles to launching my own business. It gave me the confidence to take risks, trust my instincts, and keep moving forward even when the outcome wasn’t certain. Looking back, that belief in my own potential has been one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received, and it continues to guide every decision I make.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The modern landscape is driven by a strong collective desire for change and improved experiences, which represents an incredible market opportunity. Fueled by the constant evolution of social media, new platforms and trends emerge on a daily and weekly basis. The primary challenge in this environment is the absolute necessity to remain fluid and grow alongside these shifts. Professionals must possess a high level of adaptability and genuinely enjoy navigating change, rather than falling into stagnation or relying solely on past knowledge. To stay competitive, you must embrace the exact opposite of complacency: constant innovation, continuous learning, and a willingness to frequently re-evaluate and shift your strategic goals and approaches.
