01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Any woman is just be yourself. Even though it is male-dominated, I've always been treated with respect. If you come to the table with knowledge and confidence, everyone's going to listen to you and respect you. Also, trust your other women advocates around you. Lean on us, ask us questions.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
There are so many opportunities arising now for anyone in the field to learn about how AI and in-event marketing and influencer marketing content has completely changed the game, especially after COVID, and how that applies to an event experience, and how we're creating that connection outside of an event, and creating that journey for fans and customers.
