Her Story

About Alicia

Alicia Brown is the Area Manager for CCP Direct, where she has spent the past six years overseeing operations and client relationships in the metro Las Vegas area. With over 15 years of prior experience in corporate human resources, Alicia brings expertise in problem-solving, consulting, and building strong, lasting partnerships. Her role requires her to manage a broad territory, including extensive travel, cold calling, and providing solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

A proud graduate of night school, Alicia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration while raising three children on her own. This accomplishment stands as her most notable achievement, especially after once being told she would never amount to anything. Today, she holds certifications as a Notary Public and continues to build on her professional skills and experiences.

Beyond her career, Alicia is deeply committed to uplifting others, particularly at-risk women. She frequently shares her story to inspire those facing challenges, encouraging them to see that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Her volunteer work includes supporting Three Square Food Bank and local women’s shelters, where she extends her compassion and leadership to the community.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Alicia

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being a mom and wanting to set a great example for my children, who are now grown. Everything I have accomplished has been motivated by showing them that hard work, perseverance, and faith can carry you through any challenge. Today, I’m proud to not only be their role model but also a grandmother to seven wonderful grandchildren who inspire me even more.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The best advice I can share is to live with patience, positivity, and persistence. Life will always bring obstacles, but with the right mindset and steady determination, you can overcome them and create opportunities where others may see none.
