01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Each opportunity and setback is a growth opportunity. You have earned your seat at the table and have a voice. Do the things you love because you are passionate about them. Carve out your own lane in the industry and don't let anyone project on that lane. Everyone's journey looks different.
