Ten minutes with Alina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think the ability to be uncomfortable and work through that uncomfortable space, that ambiguity. I try to be very open-minded and say that I can try at least everything once, and I think it takes courage and being able to be uncomfortable and in the process of figuring things out.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be confident, don't shrink yourself. Never show drink yourself. Don't be afraid to be yourself. A lot of people try to fit themselves into this mold of what they think their client is gonna like. But from experience I've realized that People work with people that they have a connection with that they like right? So really let your personality shine. Not just your strengths your natural strengths in your career and your job and what services you provide right? But your personality plays a big factor into it right? People like working with people they just like right? So let your personality shine don't be afraid to speak up if something doesn't seem right don't shrink yourself and just Shine bright basically.
