Her Story
About Alina
Alina Yuan-Dargatz’s passion for business and leadership began in high school through the DECA program, where a guest speaker introduced her to supply chain as a career that combines strategy, problem-solving, and real-world impact. That experience inspired her to pursue a degree in Supply Chain Management and launched her career in the chemical manufacturing industry.
Since graduating in 2017, Alina has intentionally built a broad foundation across procurement, planning, logistics, project management, and commercial leadership. She believes the best solutions come from connecting people, aligning cross-functional teams, and viewing challenges from multiple perspectives.
Alina credits much of her professional growth to the mentorship of Ascent CEO Bryan Kitchen and Vice President Tony Pan, whose guidance has shaped her leadership philosophy of leading through influence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
She strives to leave every team, process, and person better than she found them—creating lasting impact through collaboration, servant leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
