Haddock is actively involved in professional and community organizations including National Cable, the local NAACP chapter, and Noah (Nashville Organized for Action and Hope).

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

You know, really hang in there. Right now, it's very tough for not-for-profits. Money appears to be scarce... with hard work, determination, and a spirit that just won't quit it's there... just hang in there! And do the work and collaborate, and really connect with people on a deeper level... focusing in and honing in on that stick-to-it-ness that it requires to be and see the change you are seeking.
