A lifelong advocate for equity and social impact, Alisha has actively contributed to the St. Louis Racial Equity Summit as a member of its Community Advisory Committee. Her work focuses on creating inclusive spaces for dialogue, promoting justice, and building sustainable opportunities for youth and underserved populations. Alisha believes equity is not just a goal but an ongoing commitment, and she strives to translate that ethos into tangible change.
Alisha holds a Master of Public Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Chancellor’s Certificate in Neighborhood Leadership Fellows from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. The values most important to me in my work and personal life are empowering women, supporting caregivers, staying engaged with my family, and embracing creativity and fun through activities like DIY projects, basketball, karaoke, and live music.
