Alison Cefalu

Alison Cefalu is the founder of ARC Event Consulting, a Wisconsin-based consulting firm that helps nonprofit organizations strengthen donor relationships, grow philanthropic support, and create fundraising events that deliver lasting results.

With nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit development, community engagement, corporate hospitality, and event strategy, Alison has built her career around connecting people to meaningful causes. Her professional experience includes leadership roles with America SCORES Milwaukee, Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., Capture Sports Marketing, and Baird, giving her a unique perspective on both nonprofit and corporate engagement.

Today, Alison partners with nonprofit executives, development teams, and boards of directors to develop donor cultivation strategies, enhance stewardship, strengthen sponsorship programs, and create memorable events that inspire generosity and deepen community investment. She is known for combining thoughtful strategy with genuine relationship-building, helping organizations create experiences that extend far beyond event day.

Alison earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from St. Norbert College after attending Northern Arizona University to play soccer and was recognized as an Unsung Hero by the Wisconsin Law Journal for her contributions to the legal community.
