In her role, she serves as a key liaison between operations and the sales team responsible for delivering shortwave diathermy devices to Veterans through VA contracts. An Air Force veteran and mother of a Veteran, Cormier brings extensive expertise in federal healthcare, government navigation, procurement, strategic operations, and Veteran-focused programs. Before joining ProMedTek, she retired from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs after 31 years of service, including leadership as a Senior Executive Service member overseeing approximately 2,500 employees.

At ProMedTek, Cormier provides education, training, mentorship, and coaching to help employees understand federal procurement, navigate government processes, and effectively support the VA mission. She contributes to employee onboarding, strengthens collaboration between operations and sales, and represents the company at stakeholder events with organizations including the Disabled American Veterans, Paralyzed Veterans of America, and American Legion. Her previous federal leadership included overseeing large-scale healthcare programs, multimillion-dollar budgets, enterprise transformation initiatives, compliance, governance, workforce development, and operational improvement. Her ability to connect federal healthcare expertise with business operations enables her to support strategic partnerships, improve organizational performance, and advance access to care for Veterans.
