Alison McCaleb

Alison McCaleb is a consultant with Globe Life – Liberty National Division, specializing in group life insurance products and supplemental employee benefits. With over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, she has worked across sales, property and casualty, and administrative roles, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the market. After beginning her career in sales and gaining valuable administrative experience, Alison returned to life insurance sales in 2025, bringing extensive expertise and insight to her clients.

Alison focuses on risk management and building genuine, trust-based relationships with clients. She emphasizes transparency and personalized guidance, helping individuals and organizations secure coverage that protects them from financial challenges. Early mentorship and hands-on experience at a startup brokerage shaped her client-centered approach and dedication to long-term professional relationships.

Outside of her professional work, Alison is an active member of Church of the Highlands and a regular participant and donor with Samaritan’s Purse. She also plans to engage with regional and industry-specific insurance associations in 2026 to continue her professional growth and community involvement.
