About Alison
Alison Flynn is the founder of BODHI Healing, the wellness company she has been developing for the past three years as an ecosystem that integrates multiple healing modalities in one place and serves as a sanctuary for human transformation and consciousness evolution. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, she began her career in pharmaceutical sales where she advanced quickly, then moved into diagnostics sales of platforms into healthcare systems and laboratories, again climbing the corporate ladder before a profound awakening during the 2020 COVID period shifted her focus. Recognizing the limitations of conventional systems, she pursued training in holistic approaches and now holds a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification with specific training in Kundalini yoga along with Reiki certification. Flynn is building BODHI Healing as a community infrastructure and grounding holistic space emphasizing detoxification, frequencies, and the body's innate healing capacity while educating on environmental toxins and empowering individuals to trust their intuition.

Ten minutes with Alison
01What do you attribute your success to?
I'm so grateful to the humans that I have found along my healing path, those who have gone through their own initiations into their healing path, a lot of what we call the dark night of the soul, those who really had to wake up to patterns and behaviors that they realized no longer served them, and putting doing life differently, doing what they're going against, kind of, probably, like, a very deeply embedded belief around themselves, and breaking through it, and doing the work. To have people that can speak my language, that can hold space for me, to understand that we truly go into the darkness to find the light has really helped support me to keep going, because this journey is not easy. However, the freedom and the expansion that happens with the soul when you go through this is, you know, there's truly, like, no words to describe it. So, gratitude to the people along the path.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Really listen to your soul to realize that we are energetic beings, and we have all of the answers within us, and to not look for external validation. They'll lead you in the direction, you know, to lead you. It truly comes from the inside, and when we get quiet enough, and still enough, we have access to a higher power, a higher intelligence. And I think that was probably what I did not have from a very early age is that I was waiting for direction of what to do, whether that was college, career, marriage, children, it was just very, like, step-by-step. And maybe some of those times where there were red flags, I did not listen to what my intuition told me, because I didn't trust myself at the time. So I would truly say that the stillness and the quietness, and when you're away from distractions, the answers and the truth will come through to you.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The opportunity is that we are at a critical mass point at this moment. So the opportunities to be able to help people, it's no longer a niche. The opportunity of being able to serve, that's part of my awakening, is this calling to service to humanity. So the opportunities are just endless. I feel Bodie has and offers so many different modalities that I can meet people kind of exactly where they are. The challenges are people having the courage to start trusting themselves. We truly have been so programmed and conditioned to be in this very kind of box thinking of how we're supposed to go through life, and once you start waking up to that truth, trusting yourself enough to step out of the paradigm that you're in is truly one of the biggest challenges for most people.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Truth is a big word, to really speak my truth and no longer mask or contain my light, my, to not minimize myself. To truly show up. Being sovereign, really listening into my intuition. I think those are probably the big values.
