Alissa Herrle (She/Her) is an accomplished financial services professional and Associate Tax Leader at H&R Block, where she manages a local office, oversees tax professionals, coordinates scheduling and client communications, and ensures quality assurance for completed tax returns. She specializes in verification and validation, combining her mediation certification, empathy, and clear communication skills to build trust and guide clients through complex financial tasks. With over eight cumulative years in tax and client service roles, Alissa’s career began in front-desk positions at H&R Block, included a tax coordinator role at a CPA office, and expanded into work as a licensed insurance agent for property and small business. She has also served as Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist at Brown & Bakondi CPA Group P.C., Executive Account Manager at GreenPointe Construction, and Independent Contractor at Sahli Miller Insurance. Across all roles, she has consistently demonstrated adaptability, strong client engagement, and a dedication to delivering practical, results-driven solutions.
Outside of her professional work, Alissa is deeply committed to her community and animal welfare, volunteering with the Oregon City School Foundation, Estacada High School Booster Club, Boy Scouts of America, and a nonprofit promoting shelter and rescue pet adoption. She enjoys playing golf, having coffee with friends, and tending to her yard.
