About Alizia
I bring over 10 years of experience in the apartment industry and currently serve as a Regional Property Director, a role I have held for the past seven months. My career began in hospitality, where I developed a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful experiences. I transitioned into the apartment industry to take a more hands-on role in positively impacting people’s everyday lives.
My core strength lies in developing people. I am deeply committed to mentoring and empowering my teams to reach their full potential, and I take great pride in cultivating leaders who are prepared to advance to the next level. Through intentional leadership and a focus on growth, I strive to build high-performing teams that deliver strong results while fostering a positive and supportive culture.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My faith is number one because the work I do is for a bigger purpose to lead people to the Kingdom of God. My family is my rock and support, and I want my 4-year-old daughter to see how capable she can be.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It doesn't matter where you come from, it matters where you're going and how you show up every single day to get there.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges include people doing things for the wrong reasons and not being completely honest. Opportunities lie in having more leaders who show up for the right reasons to develop people correctly so results follow.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My faith is very important to me and I preach God in my workplace. Family is number two as my rock and support. Honesty and telling the truth is also key.
