Allean "Ally" Davis is a seasoned entrepreneur and jewelry industry expert with over 20 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, and product development. She is the Founder and CEO of Giselle Stella, a jewelry brand launched in 2023 that specializes in hypoallergenic, water‑resistant, and tarnish‑resistant pieces. Giselle Stella reaches customers through e-commerce, a physical storefront in Metuchen, NJ, pop-ups, and white-label partnerships. Ally’s professional journey spans domestic and international markets, where she has guided products from concept to market, overseeing design, sourcing, merchandising, and go-to-market strategies that consistently drive growth and profitability.
Throughout her career, Ally has combined creativity, strategy, and operational excellence to build purpose-driven brands. She designs and develops jewelry collections and white-label programs, manages packaging and merchandising, and ensures every product meets the highest standards of quality, supported by her gemology credentials. Ally is equally committed to community engagement and giving back, hosting pop-up experiences, partnering with local organizations, and supporting initiatives that empower women of color and underserved communities. Her professional philosophy is rooted in faith, family, and service, guiding her approach to leadership and brand-building.
Outside of her work, Ally enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and exploring new cultures, experiences that inspire her creative vision and perspective on accessible luxury. She began her career in retail in 2001 as a fine jewelry associate at JCPenney, progressing through roles at Zales, Charm and Chain, Orion Fashions, and My Trio Rings before founding Giselle Stella. Today, she continues to redefine modern jewelry retail, blending innovation, operational expertise, and community-focused leadership to create a brand that celebrates confidence, connection, and meaningful style.

Faith and perseverance, plus a supportive family (her husband encouraged her to form the business and set up the LLC).
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't let fear‑based paralysis hold you back. Start, accept imperfection, and keep persevering.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
A major challenge for new entrepreneurs is self‑doubt. The modern business requires wearing many hats (design, merchandising, marketing, packaging, e‑commerce and distribution), which is challenging but also creates opportunities through networking, wholesale, pop‑ups and white‑label partnerships.
