Allie Bomben
Allie Bomben is a strategic legal and medical business development leader and Founder of LeGals LLC Legal & Medical Expert Consulting in Denver, Colorado, with extensive experience working with large law firms and healthcare organizations. Throughout her career, she has held management and business development roles supporting law firm operations from intake through litigation, collaborating directly with partners and overseeing cross-functional departments to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency. She has also worked extensively on the medical-legal marketing side, helping med-legal practices connect with attorneys to generate referrals and build sustainable, high-quality patient pipelines. Her work focuses on helping injured patients receive access to top-tier, vetted medical providers and high-caliber legal representation, rather than high-volume “turn-and-burn” practices, ensuring patients and families receive proper treatment, education, and support throughout the settlement and recovery process.
In her current role, Allie leads a team that provides litigation support training and business development consulting for law firms and medical practices nationwide. She and her team of litigation paralegals train law firms on best practices across the entire legal lifecycle—from intake and case management to settlement—while also providing access to medical expert resources to support complex litigation cases. She is currently supporting training engagements with emerging law firms transitioning from larger firms, helping them build operational infrastructure, strengthen their litigation teams, and integrate expert medical and legal consulting resources. On the medical side, she partners with providers who want to learn how to serve as medical experts and strengthen their referral relationships with legal professionals, creating mutually beneficial networks that drive client outcomes and business growth.
Allie is deeply committed to education, professional development, and knowledge sharing across the legal and medical industries. Through seminars, continuing education programs, and collaborative training sessions, she facilitates cross-industry learning where attorneys train medical providers and medical experts train legal professionals. Her mission is to help organizations of all sizes build sustainable success through education, strategic marketing, and strong client-centered service models. A graduate of Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies, Allie also contributes to community and professional organizations focused on empowering women, advancing industry standards, and supporting families through access to quality legal and medical care. Outside of her professional work, she remains dedicated to mentorship, team development, and building innovative consulting solutions through LeGals LLC.
