I've been with Banner Solutions for 8 years, and during that time I've held 8 different positions as the company has grown. I started in customer service and worked my way through customer service lead, customer service manager, technical sales manager, inside sales manager, and now I'm a strategic account manager. What I love most about my work is customer service - figuring out what would make the customer's day when they call in with a problem and working that problem through. My main responsibilities involve making sure customers are happy from start to finish. I answer phones and emails in a timely manner, solve problems, enter orders, and watch that order through what I like to call the order life cycle - from entry through shipping to making sure it's correct when they receive it. I'm focused on ensuring customers have a good experience with my company. My versatility has been recognized by management - no matter who my boss has been, they see my value and know they can count on me and put me in any role, and I'll rise to the challenges and exceed expectations. Even when my inside sales manager position was eliminated, they found another place for me because they knew I could do it. What got me to where I am today is thinking outside the box and going above and beyond for the customer, while also keeping the business in mind - it can be a delicate balance.
