Allie White

Senior Vice President
Foundation Energy Management, LLC
Frisco, TX 75033

Allie White is Senior Vice President at Foundation Energy Management, LLC, where she oversees Finance, Investor Relations, and Business Development while helping shape the company’s long-term strategic direction. With 11 years in the energy industry, Allie brings a distinctive blend of technical expertise and executive leadership to her role. She began her career in petroleum engineering, spending her first five years in field and operations roles, working hands-on in highly technical environments. Her early foundation in math and science, combined with real-world operational experience, continues to inform her disciplined, data-driven approach to decision-making.

Allie’s path into energy was both intentional and inspired. After beginning her professional life in a different field, she returned to school in her mid-20s to pursue engineering, determined to build a career aligned with her strengths in technical problem-solving. While shadowing a petroleum engineer as an intern, she discovered her passion for the industry’s close-knit, hands-on nature and never looked back. She earned her Petroleum Engineering degree from Colorado School of Mines, complementing her earlier business education from Colorado State University. This rare combination of operational and financial acumen has enabled her to successfully transition from technical execution to corporate leadership.

Over the past several years, Allie has advanced into executive management, guiding teams, structuring corporate strategy, and positioning the company for future growth. She is known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to recognize and unify the unique talents of her team to drive toward shared goals. As Foundation Energy enters its next fundraising phase, Allie is playing a central role in resetting and preparing the organization for its next chapter and will serve as President of the next investment platform the company establishes. In addition to her corporate leadership, she is actively involved in Women's Energy Network North Texas, where she serves in chapter leadership, and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, reflecting her ongoing commitment to advancing the energy industry and mentoring future leaders.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I would say growing into leadership and driving a team forward in a collaborative method together. It's taken me a lot of understanding that we each have our own unique talents, and bringing all those gifts together and driving towards a common goal has been a pretty big success. What we're doing is resetting the company moving forward at this fundraise point, and I will be the president of the next investment we make going forward. That's been a big achievement for me to grow into such a role over the past year or so. I've always wanted to improve myself and grow, so every opportunity I have to get mentored or take a technical or even a soft skill building class, I've signed up for.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage her to do that. I think it's still a male-dominated industry, but more and more there is support and awareness of what is capable. I'd be happy to help guide anyone through it. There's highs and lows to every industry, but I definitely think it's worth the reward and the interactions you get. It's a small community, which is part of what I like about it, but there's potential for so much talent to keep growing and changing the energy field going forward.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I'm currently serving as president of Women's Energy Network, which is a woman-focused nonprofit organization that's global with 25 chapters across the country. I can't speak to just one particular mentor I've had through this relationship I've built at this nonprofit, but there's been several individuals who have helped me gain more knowledge in every step along the way and supported me. It's a really neat organization. The reason I want to be president is to give back what others have given to me. We've partnered with organizations like Genesis Women's Shelter, which is a safe place for women who are struggling with domestic or other struggles, so we support each other in the area. A lot of our programming is focused on educating the youth about energy, how important it is, and how we're going to need it to move going forward.
