My advice to young women entering the industry is to do what you love, stay passionate, and lead with purpose—because when your work is driven by genuine intention, everything else begins to fall into place. I would also give the advice of always doing your best, going above and beyond, and pushing through hard moments because that's where you'll discover you CAN do it.

The most important value to me in both my work and personal life is being passionate—because passion fuels creativity, commitment, and fulfillment in everything I do. I deeply value teamwork and connection, as they create opportunities to grow, inspire one another, and achieve remarkable things that wouldn’t be possible alone.
