About Allison
Allison Hom serves as Enterprise Data Governance Manager at Ford, having joined the company in February to lead data governance engagement. In this role, she coordinates across business and technology leaders to deliver quality data with aligned definitions that ultimately support AI systems. Prior to Ford, Allison spent 18 years at Chevron, progressing through roles in central enterprise IT, a business unit in Bakersfield, California, and an enterprise HR people data and analytics function. These experiences led her to the Enterprise Data Governance Manager position at Chevron. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from UC Berkeley in engineering, math, and statistics, along with a master's in engineering management from MIT. She participates in the International Capital Exchange for Enterprise Data and Analytics, known as ICEX.
