Allison Wagoner is the owner and creative director of Fracture Creative, a Los Angeles-based social media marketing agency specializing in entertainment marketing for movies, TV, video games, and more. With a career spanning nearly two decades in creative direction and digital media, Allison brings a passion for storytelling and platform-specific content creation to every project, helping brands capture attention in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Before founding Fracture Creative, Allison held leadership roles at AV Squad, Ammo Creative, and Aspect, where she directed motion picture advertising campaigns and crafted innovative social media strategies. Her expertise spans creative direction, motion design, and digital content, allowing her to deliver campaigns that resonate with audiences while driving engagement across multiple platforms.
A Chicago native, Allison earned her BA in Political Science from Boston University before relocating to Southern California. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she brings energy, humor, and a love for collaboration to her work, aiming to make every project both impactful and enjoyable. Outside of the office, she is a devoted partner and is humorously campaigning for “dog mom” status.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to be fearless, build genuine connections, advocate for yourself, seek mentorship, stay resilient, and embrace opportunities even when they feel intimidating.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating the complexity of running a business and standing out in a highly competitive entertainment marketing landscape. At the same time, there are exciting opportunities in digital and social media growth, creative innovation, building strong client relationships, and gaining recognition through awards and high-quality work.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are authenticity, integrity, collaboration, and continuous growth. I also prioritize supporting my team, fostering a positive workplace culture, staying connected to my community, and pursuing my passions for entertainment, travel, and lifelong learning.
